Evolution of beer in last centuries

For centuries, people have been brewing and drinking this popular beverage. The exact origins of beer are unknown, but it is believed to date back to the early days of civilization. There is evidence that the ancient Egyptians and Sumerians brewed beer, and it is also thought that the Chinese may have been brewing a type of beer as early as 7000 BC.

The first recorded recipe for beer was found in the code of Hammurabi, which was written in about 1700 BC. This ancient document included a list of rules and regulations for Babylonian brewers. It is believed that beer was originally created as a nutritious and refreshing drink for workers.
During the Middle Ages, beer was an important part of daily life. It was consumed by all social classes and was even used as a currency. At this time, most beer was brewed in homes and monasteries.

The Industrial Revolution brought about many changes to the brewing industry. New technology and mass production techniques allowed brewers to produce large quantities of beer. The introduction of refrigeration also allowed for the mass production of beer.

Today, there are thousands of different types of beer available around the world. Brewers are constantly experimenting with new ingredients and brewing methods to create unique and delicious beers. It is safe to say that the future of beer is looking very bright.
